Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in developing and executing innovative social media strategies that align with our clients’ goals and our company’s high standards. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, CEO, and COO, you will collaborate closely with our multimedia specialists to create engaging content and manage social media accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies that resonate with target audiences and reflect our high-quality standards.
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts for our clients, ensuring consistent, high-quality posting and engagement.
Collaboration: Work alongside multimedia specialists to generate creative ideas and ensure content aligns with clients’ branding and marketing objectives.
Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing regular updates on social media performance and campaign progress.
Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns, ensuring they meet established goals.
Trend Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management. Experience in video production or graphic design is a plus.
Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics. Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
Personal Traits: Christ-like, creative, passionate, hardworking, determined, friendly, encouraging, and collaborative.
